Lucieli Topçu is a Brazilian Lawyer and an Artist involved in Art Business through her passion for creativity in all spheres.

After years working and living between countries, using all her life experience and connections until get back to Brazil in 2024 and experiencing and analyzing the Brazilian art market, from 2026, started a new path working with collectors and institutions across Europe and Turkiye.

With more than twenty years background as a self-taught visual artist and a Law degree from PUC-RS in Brazil, Lucieli combines artistic sensitivity with legal rigor and market intelligence as an Art Lawyer also, providing legal certainty and transparency for every transaction in the art market.
